Hallie moved to Madison 25 years ago to raise her family in a town offering all of the benefits of small-town America. With a culinary background developed during years of dining in the New York metropolitan area and traveling abroad, Hallie fell in love with foods from all corners of the globe.
Having laid the foundation of her thriving catering company, she set her sights on the restoration of the abandoned mill located on Pennington Road in Madison, Georgia.
With unwavering determination and a keen eye, Hallie embarked on a transformative journey to breathe new life into this historic gem.
