Pricing for Peak Season:

March-June and September-December 

Saturday Events: starting at $6,000

 

Pricing for Non-Peak Season: 

January-February and July-August

Saturday Events: starting at $4,500

 

Friday Events: custom pricing based on function

Sunday Events: custom pricing based on function

Monday-Thursday Events: starting at $2,500

 

**All prices based on average of 150-175 guests.

**Capacity: Marsden Hall seats up to 250 and the Banquet Hall can hold up to 436 guests.

**Holiday and holiday weekend charges may apply

**Empire Mills offers a discount to all active military and Morgan County residents

Prices are subject to change based on the type of event, number of guests, time of day, etc..

 

Special Event Venue and Services Include: 

– A facility manager during the event to help assist with the facility

– Free Wi-Fi

– Directional signage to venue for guests

– Complimentary parking in assigned location

– Use of the EM property for photographic opportunities based on availability

– Use of the Bridal Cottage, Groom’s Lounge, Marsden Hall, Front & Back Patios & The Banquet Hall

– guest tables(assorted sizes)

– white wood folding chairs for the ceremony

– vineyard cross back chairs for the reception

– tables(assorted sizes) for service table

– white Adirondack furniture

– strung bistro lighting over the courtyards

– one time setup/breakdown of all venue provided tables & chairs

– CAD layout of event setup

– 2 hour block rehearsal time on the best available date prior to event

– 10-12 hour time block the day of the wedding(all guests and vendors be off premises by 12 a.m.)

– Temperature controlled event spaces

 

We welcome all vendors, and do not require you to use any specific vendor other than our in-house caterer, Hallie Jane’s Catering. For your convenience, we have put together a list of recommended vendors that we have worked with previously who deliver time and time again!
